What if I need to make changes to my direct deposit accounts?
You can do it in AllShifts. We recommend confirming your account before submitting time to ensure your pay is routed appropriately. Go to Direct Deposit to add or update accounts.
Are KAVIDA RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs W-2 employees?
All KAVIDA RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAs are W-2 employees. When you apply to work at KAVIDA, you are applying to become an employee of KAVIDA.
Do I get paid weekly or bi-weekly?
All Kavida employees are paid weekly on Friday. Our week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
How can I get my paystubs?
You will receive an email from our payroll company to register so you can view/print your pay stubs. Contact a rep for any questions or assistance.
What if I need to make changes to my direct deposit accounts?
You can do it in the payroll company account. Confirm your account details and enable direct deposit. We recommend you provide us with your new banking details to ensure accuracy to prevent delay in payment
What if I have questions about my paycheck?
Call the office and a rep will answer any questions or connect you with payroll.
How to register my time worked?
- Clocking is done on your phone, inside the Kavida app.
- Some facilities may ask you to clock into their timeclock in ADDITION to clocking in on your app.
